Go join the Belton Fire Department for their Open House and Holiday Lighting!

They will have hot dogs, activities and SANTA. Lighting of the station scheduled for 6:45 PM.

Salado Christmas Parade

Thursday, November 29th at 6 PM – 9 PM

Kick off Salado Christmas Stroll with the 2018 Salado Christmas Parade! Many of the shops throughout the Village will have floats, as well as old cars and golf carts all decked out for the holidays! This year we will have 1st Cavalry from Ft. Hood riding on their horses and also a Striker Tank!! So much fun for the family.

Christmas on the Chisholm Trail

Celebrate Christmas on the Chisholm Trail in historic Downtown Belton. This annual fun-filled event features specialty crafts, food, holiday choirs, parade, and of course Santa Claus.

100-plus Vendors, including eight food vendors.

Christmas on the Farm

Join Mr. & Mrs. Claus for a country, family-friendly event! Activities include performances, hay rides, hay mazes, face paintings, crafts, comic con characters, and more! Entry tickets can be purchased at the front for 50 cents per person or $2 per family.

Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting

The City of Temple 72nd Annual Christmas Parade, produced by the City of Temple Parks & Recreation Department, is scheduled for Monday evening, December 3rd, 2018.

The theme for this year’s parade is “My Favorite Christmas Movie”

Holiday Fest!

Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 11 AM – 2 PM

Visit the museum to learn about different winter holidays including Christmas, Las Posadas, & the Italian legend of Befana! Crafts and ornaments will be made from 11:00am-12:30pm. Then, at 12:30pm, there will be a special showing of The Grinch along with cookies, cocoa and candy! Pajamas optional.

Breakfast With Santa

Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Support families with special needs and CSNN. Breakfast with Santa includes a kid-friendly breakfast, holiday crafts, a raffle, silent auction, and photos with Santa provided by Amy Bickel Photography. 

Tickets cost $8 in advance and $10 at the door. Children under 2 do not require tickets.

Texas Nutcracker by Classical Ballet Conservatory at LDC

The Classical Ballet Conservatory at Lisa’s Dance Connection presents the Christmas family favorite, a Texas Nutcracker 2018.

This event is perfect for all ages with something for everyone in the family, including an exciting showdown, a full snow scene, and all the wonder of the land of the Sugar Plum Fairy.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $7 for children. Tickets can be purchased at the CAC or online at www.cacarts.org beginning October 15.

Harker Heights Frost Fest

Friday, December 14, 2018 from 5:30pm - 08:30pm

There will be free hot chocolate and cookies, wreath decorating contest, SANTA, Holiday Farmers Market and more. Frost Fest is held within the Market Heights Shopping Center, providing shopping opportunities and partnerships with local businesses.

Bend Of The River Christmas

Saturday, December 15th from 3-8 pm

Get your tickets early for this hometown holiday event that will feature two snow slides, a mechanical reindeer, cowboy Santa, wagon rides along with a snow party and tons more activities! All activities are included in the price of the ticket

Tickets will go on sale Saturday, December 1st online @ templeparks.com. Tickets will also be available at the event. 

There will be tons of activities from arts and crafts to riding a mechanical reindeer, wagon rides and snow party.

Holly Jolly Holiday Party

Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 11 AM – 6 PM

This is a FREE event for the community! 

There will be: Shopping Vendors, Food Vendors, Old Saint Nic, Elves, Gifts for all the little girls and boys, Photo with Santa, Games, Hot Coco, Coffee, Cookie decorating, Crafts and Indoor playground!
